Street Team- Forgot discount code?

What to do if someone forgets to use your discount code at check out or they accidentally use another code?

Shoot our street team manager, Marygrace, an email with the following information:
-Name of the person who placed the order
-THEIR order number
-YOUR discount code

PLEASE make sure when you are giving out your discount code to emphasize the correct instructions on how to enter your code at checkout. 

Things to point out:
- Enter the code inside the grey box at checkout
- Only ONE code can be used at a time
- If another code is already in the box then you must delete and enter the code you want to use
