My package’s tracking information hasn’t been updated in a couple days. What is going on?
Unfortunately, the courier has given us a hard rule when it comes to filing claims with them. Basically, we can't escalate it with them until the 5th business day without a scan on the tracking. Once that 5th business day hits, shoot us an email at mermaids@blenderseyewear.com so that we can ship you out another package and cover the expedited shipping!
More often times than not, packages are delivered within that window. :)
