I have the DHL tracking page link, but there is an error with tracking my package. What’s going on?

Sounds like you were able to pull up DHL's regular shipping page! Unfortunately, that doesn't integrate with DHL eCommerce, which is what we use.

For standard shipping, the DHL eCommerce tracking page will give the most up to date info. It will update as it scans closer and closer to you. This is where our page gets all of the information. Once your package the closest sorting center, DHL will hand over the package to USPS to be delivered by your normal post man or woman.
