I'm having tech problems, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear you are having technical issues! Please take the following steps:

Step one: Close all tabs, and open a blank window

 

Step two: Cache and cookies have been cleared from your browser history

 

Step three: Attempt your action on the site again. Is it still happening?

 

If yes...

 

Step four: Please send us a screenshot of your developer console to mermaids@blenderseyewear.com and a summary of the error you're experiencing 

Once we have that screenshot, we will be able to further identify what errors are occurring
